You can use our highly recommended house clearance service.
After a viewing, we'll give you a free no-obligation quotation. We bring an experienced and compassionate team with us who will completely clear your property, usually within an hour or two. Through sales in our charity showrooms, we aim to re-use as many items as we can, giving them a second life. For items which can't be sold through our charity showrooms, we work in partnership with other charities and organisations to ensure that as little as possible goes to landfill.

There’s no simple answer to this question as they vary from house to house. If you are interested in this service, we would arrange for a friendly team member to come and meet you at the property so they can have a look around and they will then give you a free no obligation quotation.
Things we take into consideration when pricing clearances is the size of the property, the amount & condition of the items in the property.

If, after we’ve been to view the property, you decide to book a clearance with us, we will arrange a date that is convenient for yourself, and we can usually do this within 14 days from the date of the viewing.
If you are in a rush and need the property cleared quickly, don’t worry we will try our very best to accommodate you and get this booked in. Likewise, if you don’t need it for a little while but would like it booked in in advance that’s not a problem.

On the day we will bring an experienced and compassionate team with us who will completely clear your property usually within a few hours (please note this can vary depending on the size of the property & if we are clearing any outbuildings or the attic).
If there is anything in the property that you wish to keep and you haven’t had chance to remove it, don’t worry just let us know on the day and these will be left for you.
All the items will be respectfully packed with care & dignity and larger items will be removed professionally with everything going back to our warehouse for sorting.
It is entirely up to you if you wish to stay at the property whilst we complete the clearance or leave & come back at the end. Once we have finished, we will have a walk around with you to ensure that you are satisfied.

Please note that we instantly begin to sort through all the items and therefore items may be immediately recycled. It is therefore vital that you let us know on the morning of any items you wish to keep but haven’t removed from the property.
All the income we raise goes back into the organisation to help low-income households and provide training and volunteering opportunities.

On the previous day before the clearance a friendly team member will give you a call to take payment over the phone, we will then bring your receipt along with us.
